There is a roadmap that ICS will move to V3 which will enables a mature CosmosSDK based chain maintain its own validator set and get share security from Cosmos at the same time. However, V3 is mainly built for the chains like Osmosis. I would recommend StaFiHub remove the validator set and adopt the v1 ICS directly, which means there will not be a staking mechanism in the second StaFi appchain anymore. Incentive reward will be distributed to the security providers(ATOM stakers) .

Remove all of the StaFi appchains would be a challenge, there will be many work on asset managements, migration, governance, even the inflation. In my opinion, StaFi chain stays as a hub to connect all of the rToken solutions and capture value, we may consider if the StaFi chain can play a governance role in the run, if not, Remove StaFichain in the future is possible, but will steps.
