Shirley

During the meeting, Shirley provided a summary of the product development work done by StaFi in February.

We launched a brand new version of the rToken App which has features such as staking and managing all assets in a single place, rPool, rBridge, and FIS station.

In anticipation of the Ethereum Shanghai Upgrade, we adjusted the Commission Fee Structure, making it the lowest among LSD protocols. We also explored marketing campaigns and DeFi use cases for rETH in the past month.

In terms of rToken App development, the ledger wallet has been integrated successfully, and the team has upgraded rBNB, optimized gas fees, and improved UI/UX on the platform.

StaFi has also integrated rETH/ETH on Balancer and Aura and has successfully bribed twice since then. SraFi TVL increased from $460k to $3.4M in two weeks. We are exploring L2 integrations and have contacted Camelot, Kyberswap, and other L2 DEXs.

StaFi has successfully launched incentivized campaigns on Carbon Protocol, launched rATOM/ATOM pools on Demex for trading, and integrated rATOM into Nitron, a lending and borrowing protocol.

We are also working on rSWTH and will release it in the coming month. We are developing a brand new website V2 and are connecting with SSV Protocol to explore any opportunities with them using DVT technology to make StaFi more decentralized.

We believe the future is very promising for StaFi and will continue to work hard on developments in March. We will also have a Shanghai Upgrade page explaining how to prepare for the upgrade and what they have done in terms of decentralization, UX, and security from StaFi.

Adam

Adam presented and focused on various operational activities to ensure the success of StaFi in the Ethereum staking space. We have researched marketing events related to the Ethereum Shanghai Upgrade and planned to incentivize staking with Ethereum using StaFi.

Moving forward in March, We plan to hire more members for their Rangers team, focus on StaFi/StaFiHub DAO improvement, and prepare for essential updates such as the release of rSWTH on StaFiHub and the DAO Governance platform.

We will also continue with our daily operational needs and our rETH Shanghai Upgrade Marketing efforts. We are grateful for the contributions of our Warriors team and welcome anyone who shares their passion for StaFi to join us.

The StaFi Warriors and Rangers presented their monthly progress and community management updates. The meeting was followed by a productive Q&A session with community members.
